Are there health implications of people stuck in traffic above an under-road powerline? On the Blue Route in particular there is potential for people to be stuck in traffic from Barberstown roundabout to Maynooth. In recent years it could take 30 minutes or more to get to the mortorway on this stretch alone...every morning. Are there health implications for commuters with pacemakers, hearing aids etc stuck in traffic above these power lines?
