The consultation
EirGrid, in its capacity as Transmission System Operator (TSO), published a consultation on the PR5 Investment Planning and Delivery Multi-Year Plan for 2023-2027.
The CRU, via Section 7.8 of the PR5 Regulatory Framework, Incentives and Reporting Decision Paper CRU/20/154, requires the TSO to submit to the CRU and publicly consult on an Investment Planning and Delivery Multi-Year Plan for 2023-2027. As part of this process, we sought feedback on the Investment Planning and Delivery Multi-Year Plan.

Stakeholders are invited to respond outlining their views on the proposed structure of and approach to the proposals in the Investment Planning and Delivery Multi-Year Plan.
