EirGrid (the TSO) published a consultation paper on 20th December 2024 concerning the application of EU Regulation 838/2010 in Ireland, this consultation was open for responses until 5pm on the 31st January 2025.

Outcomes

Following this consultation, the TSO has published a recommendations paper below which proposes a number of recommendations to the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) for their consideration.
