`As per the TSOs’ Phased Implementation Roadmap V2.0 and as agreed with the Regulatory Authorities, the TSOs are required to consult on and submit a recommendation paper to the SEM Committee on the arrangements to be in place for the period between the current DS3 System Services Regulated Arrangements end date (April 2026) and DASSA Go Live (December 2026). The TSOs have today published the DS3 System Services Tariffs to FASS (‘The Gap’) Consultation Papersetting out the TSOs’ recommended option and rationale and inviting stakeholder feedback on this proposal.
This consultation will be open for 6 weeks, closing at 5pm on Tuesday 25th March 2025. Responses to the consultation should be submitted to the EirGrid or SONI consultation portals.
