Q1. The TSOs’ view is that the TSS should now be set to 1.0 for the fast-acting services as we observe no scarcity in these services at any time of the year. We welcome comments from stakeholders on this statement and any evidence that this is not the case
Q2. We would welcome discussions with technology providers on the impact of setting the TSS as proposed in this consultation and any changes in tariffs to offset the expenditure reduction that may be required for your business model.
